create and tell the stories of the Congolese people.

From Perpetrators to Peacemakers—The Sons of Congo is a film and photographic exploration capturing the untold stories of men who are now peacemakers in their families and communities in the Eastern Congo. Our goal is to raise $30,000 for two trips to the Eastern Congo in 2017 to create a short film and photo essay book of the transforming stories in the Africa New Day Sons of Congo program... over 24,000 men have participated in this dynamic program, which has led to remarkable life change in the lives of men, women and whole communities in the Eastern Congo. For full details of the aims, outcomes, and budget, please download our Sons of Congo Project Proposal.
